- Our founder Jinsuke Matsuo started the “Matsuo Metal Company”.
- 1961
- The company was reorganized and established as Matsuo Handa Co., Ltd.
- 1964
- Yamato Plant is completed
- 1968
- The plant is MIL certified by Defense Agency
- 1971
- The plant is JIS certified
- 1983
- Sales of Fine Leveler automatic solder dispenser started
- 1986
- Powder manufacture equipment installed and sales of solder paste started.
- 1991
- New headquarters building completed
- 1995
- Headquarters relocated and consolidated to the Yamato plant and
Old Chiyoda Metals products and business succeeded
- 1996
- Non cleanable flux cored wire solder CM96 developed and sales started
- 2001
- Lead free solder (solder paste, flux cored wire solder) developed and sales started

- ISO 9001-2000 certified
- 2003
- Managing Director Takashi Matsuo appointed as president.
Certified for Sony Co. Green Partner program.
